I have 2 Fordson tractors -found them in a barn in upstate NY
English Fordson on full steel wheels -restored
Fordson model "N" Industrial -hard rubber -front and back- restored

I have attached a photo - not real good - but its all I have

Would like a more information on them and what they are worth??
Both of these tractors have never seen the outside weather !!!!

Depending how far upstate I might be interested in one, we have a fordson n that was used by my father and grandfather to plow snow, has a rather unique snowplow on it, unfortunately the tractor is too far gone to salvage but my father who is in his 60s now has always been a bit nostalgic about finding another fordson to put the snowplow on

I bought a Super Major a few years ago with the intention of rebuilding the motor but just can't seem to get started on it. Too many irons in the fire. Previous owner assured me everything worked fine before he removed the head to begin the rebuild but chickened out when he realized he lacked the skills necessary to do it. So he greased up everything and sat the head back on the motor. He had just installed 4 brand new tires on it. I really would like to see this venerable old work horse running again but I wonder if it's worth the trouble and expense. Any opinions?

The Model N was a continuation of the original Fordson Model F. Most radical change was
to use an external magneto with impulse for easier starting. (supposedly). The Industrial
could probably be ordered anyway you wanted it. Hard tires were for use on hard pavement or
factory floors. Usually the final drive speed was very fast for hauling trailers on roads. Usually
the fenders were left off. No need to protect a driver from flung up dirt and dust. The steering
wheel would be scrunched up close to the gas tank. On Agricultural tractors, the wheel and seat
were further back. The air intake was through the steering column, until the 1938 model. Supposedly, the Industrial could be had with a self-starter. That would be nice to have on an
Ag tractor, but you need the proper casting to install it. Later became a standard feature on
the E27N. I don't know for sure that E27N parts can be back-fitted. Perhaps.

Value will vary depending on the place and person. I would venture to say that tires and paint
would represent about 75% of the value.
