AD3 152 Dexta

So I have put an AD3 into my 62 Dexta. The original engine had filled with water down the exhaust and at some point had cracked the liner and the water jacket and is probably too much work to repair. Luckily though we had an AD3 lying around so just swapped the flywheel, rear plate and sump over made up some new pipes and got her running.

I was wondering if anyone else has done this conversion before that could help? I need some ideas of how to link up the throttle leaver to the pump since the dexta has a vacuum pipe to an inline pump and the AD3 has a rotary pump. Also what could I use for an air cleaner to manifold hose? the one for a dexta just gets crushed shut when its attached due to the longer manifold!

Any ideas welcomed!

Well that is a possibility, however I cannot seem to find anywhere that is selling the whole assembly! if I could find the whole super dexta bulkhead and throttle links then that would defiantly be the way to go!

I'm not sure about your problem, but wouldn't a look at an 801 series Ford, or a Massey Ferguson 35 give you some ideas?

Find out whether it will work first.
I have a salvage Super Dexta that has AF, throttle linkages and brackets.
I have swapped out the rear of the tractor, and why not get rid of linkages, I can then sell the long block.
