fordson 2000 droped sleeve

My fordson dexta dropped the middle sleeve down. I have never worked on tractors. I have another tractor just like it. I am wanting to try and break this one down my self. I was wondering where would be the first place to start? I have removed starter and alt. Along with all hoses and steering. I am ready to remove oil pan or do i have to split tractor in the middle first.

You did not say how you knew it had dropped a sleeve.
Have you removed the head to verify this? Did it do any damage?

What you do next depends on your plans. Do you plan on trying to pull the sleeve back up and stake it?
If you are going for an overhaul you need to remove the engine. The sleeves are press in unless you want to install flanged sleeves like they did in the Massey Ferguson 3.152 engines. In either case I think it is an out of frame job. There may be some that can do it in frame, but I don't know.

Press in sleeves have to be honed as the interference fit can distort the sleeve.
To fit flanged sleeves requires the top of the block to be counter bored for the flange. I have not seen this for the 3.152 engines, but some flanged sleeves have thicker walls, but that requires boring the cylinders out more and I am not sure how much wall thickness there is on these blocks.

You don't need to split the tractor to remove the oil pan, but you may have to remove the radiator and front axle. You can support the engine with lateral supports or an overhead chain hoist etc.

Do not support the front end by just blocking up the bell housing or tranny. I puts too much stress on the unsupported engine block flange
and can cause it to break. I think the oil pan can be removed otherwise.

I have removed head and you can see sleeve in middle cylinder has dropped. I removed front of tractor (radiator and wheels) then unbolted oil
pan it want drop. What should i do next. Do i need to split trzctor futher back.
