1956 Fordson Major - Valves

I am in the process of rebuilding my 1956 Fordson Major. I have put in new sleeves, pistons, and bearings. In the process of checking the valves, one exhaust
valve is defective. Yesterday's Tractor cannot find my part. It seems that the head has been worked on before. Here are the numbers on the valve and head in
case anyone can help me with a replacement.

Head = E1ADDN6050
Valve = KVLG72522M3, 4310

Any assistance would be appreciated,
Gary

Valves are readily available from Agriline here in England. Good company and prepared to send to the US.

Be a bit careful with the exhaust valves there are two types, one with rotator caps and one without. They will interchange OK but you will need caps and cotters to complete the change if you use the non-rotator cap version.

When you order specify which one you have.

Have your gone to your local FIAT dba New Holland dealer and tried to order them?

Looks like there's some availability, there seems to be some choices as to part number, and I'm not sure what's needed to identify what you need.

Looks like keepers and perhaps retainers and "keepers" have been changed, but you can update to the newer-style valves by ordering those parts along with the valve.

Yes, I have gone to my local Ford tractor dealer. I had the same problem with them - they didn't have the older style valve with the tapered top stem. In addition, it seems that no one has keepers and retainers to sell unless I purchase a complete valve set.
