I have an AC 716h, that this time of year is used for snow removal. This has been a strange winter, with some rain days, and a lot of 20 below days the first time this happened most of my controls froze and made it very hard to use the snowblower. So on the next day it was above freezing I used some WD40 to displace the water. The problem is this has over lubricated the controls. The throttle lever won't stay at full, it slowly vibrates down, and the snowblower clutch will not stay disengaged it vibrates on. How do I add some friction back to these controls. The machine is 46 years old, so things are not as tight as they should be, but there are no adjustments for steel shafts through a steel bushing on the machine.
