Has a 60 inch deck on it.
There are 2 pins that float to hold the deck on. Without them cannot raise or lower the deck, just falls all the way down.
It is happening way too much now. Heaven forbid if I attempt to mow close to something.
Getting terribly old.
Have thought about using a pair of ViceGrips on the pins, however not the best idea because do not want to damage the pins.
Had another idea. Drill a hole threw each pin so I can install a small lynch pin that is easy to remove,
Do you think this would work, or does anyone have a better idea? DOUG
