Just wanted to say for an old greenhand such as my self I am very happy that I got this thing going so good...........picked it up for $250.00 with a broken trip dog pin. After taking apart and fixing that I had troubles with it breaking the twister drive chain.............and kept breaking it...........so after taking apart again I replaced the bushings on the trip dog clutch.........no avail..........but in the field I found that the trip dog clutch drive gear that is on shaft with the auger drive was way out of alignment with the trip dog clutch............so.........I shimmed it and then got the trip dog clutch shimmed and once that was done the trip dog clutch did not wobble at all and both gears were in complete alignment and no way to move out of alignment.............went baling again and did over 200 with not a single problem...........I even took both knives out and sharpened and performed plungerhead alignment and let me say that she runs like a top now..........oh and she got new twister hooks too............all told I have less than $500 invested in her and she runs awesome..........with a little love and attention even a 50 year old gal will still perform like new.........
