J D B's and A's cast frame

Later model 43 & early model 44's.. I have a 44 A I have resurrected from a tornado that hit it in 1985.
Has given me great satisfaction seeing it perform under its own power for the 1st time since May 1985. And
I might add it's been a tad hard on the wallet. LOL I'm not done with it yet, but at least now I can see the
end of tunnel....

Yes.

Take a look at the [b:654c4848f0]Front End Support and Toolbox[/b:654c4848f0] diagram below.

Note the Front End Support(Cast-Iron) part no. [b:654c4848f0]B 2013 R[/b:654c4848f0] was installed on tractor serial numbers [b:654c4848f0]136662[/b:654c4848f0] through [b:654c4848f0]166999[/b:654c4848f0].

Take a look at the table below.

Hope this helps.

James,
Maybe I'm reading too much into the red lines in your chart but wouldn't ser# 136662 fall in the 1942 model year? If I'm wrong it sure won't be the first time!

Yes, you are correct.

Thought about it when I drew the first line, but failed to go back and read the question more thoroughly.

Thanks for the information.
