Got to play with the hyd controls a bit, changed a 3/8 bolt to a proper top link pin, and removed about
10 plus liters of hyd oil from the machine [ 2 inches above full mark] and things have improved /changed.
At times there is a slight hissing noise heard but no shimmy , if the shimmy starts, a slight movement on position control stops it or increases it. Turning the knob under the seat will stop it or cause the arms to come full up[ knob hard in,closed] and no shimmy when the knob is opened up and the arms drop.
Also when it happens, an increase in engine speed stops the shimmy and all is good, mowing at 540rpm or travelling is no problem.
I did notice that the hyd hose going to the auxiliary outlet control, is where the pulsing can be really felt, when this shimmy is happening, this line is coming off the line feeding the brake control.
Anyway the owner is doing his thing, knows all about it, I am getting the hyd system layout for when he leaves for the year.
Hope i didn't confuse you too much, and the info you sent was good to get.
Tks
