JD 521 loader supports

I recently purchased a JD 5105 with a 521 loader. The loader didn’t come with the supports for removing it so I was looking to make a set.
Could someone give me the dimensions so I know how long to make them? Thanks

Mine is a 522, supports are two 2 1/2 inch pipes about 2 feet long that fit into a
square tube slot on the lower booms. If yours are like that, I can send sizes. Ben

I went and pulled mine for a look and measure. JD parts shows a serial number break. The later ones AW30309 are like mine $ 106.11 each for new ones from Deere. They are made pretty heavy. Tubing is 1 7/8" OD and has a 1/4" wall. Long side including the pad on the bottom looks like 32" OAL. From the top end there is a 1/2" hole drilled thru crossways down 1 5/8" to center and then another hole 26" down. Bottom pad is 1/4" plate 3 1/2" X 4 1/2" oval with an additional ear on one side bent back up to go over the storage tabs on the boom. The tube is cut at an angle where the bottom plate is welded on. No protractor handy and it is not quite a 45* but I figured out with the bucket flat on the ground and the little area on top of bucket flat the angle of the side cutting edges matches the angle of the stands when held next to it. Mine is the heavy duty bucket don't know if all have that same angle ? These store in the round cross brace on the boom.

Thanks for the help. From the looks of the 521 manual online mine has the later model stands. I hate to give over $100 a piece for them when I have a welder. I very seldom take my loader off but it would be nice when doing hay.

Thanks again

So how do you like the 5105 ? My biggest complaint is that on the road it has no power to pull itself around. I have not ran it on the dyno to check the HP to see if mine is where it is to be at.

I really like it but I had a 36hp Mahindra before I got the 5105. The 5105 is a beast compared to it.

I think it is geared a little high. When I go up the road with no load the tractor moves great on flat ground. Hitting any kind of an incline requires gearing down.
