2020 lift arms not working

Replaced pump and the control valve but the arms will not lift all the time some times they seem to stick, drive around a while and
they might work for a few times. Power steering works great.
 

Has hyd filter been changed & sump screen checked/cleaned? Has hyd stand by pressure been checked? Has position of L/D lever under seat been relocated?
 

Yes to all that except for pump pressure, but we did put in a new pump, power steering works great.
It just stopped working one cold morning last winter. and just acts like it is disconnected. Could some control inside have broken or came loose? i changed position of the draft lever, no change.
I am stumped, guess we'll have to tear it apart.

It's possible the L/D cam inside RS housing has broken or has gotten out of correct location in linkage. Another possibility is there's a spring inside RS housing that could have broken. IIRC I think you could look inside hyd filler hole with a bore scope to determine if one of the things I mentioned is the problem
