135 lift problems

Hi, I assume that your reference to the 'third arm' is the top link. To check this move the DRAFT control lever to the fully lowered position. Push and pull the linkage in the rear of the hydraulic cover back and forth. When adjusted correctly there will be no or neglibible end float. If you have end float it suggests that the control spring is broken or at least the control spring unit needs overhauling. There are plenty of mine and other posts on here that will guide you through the procedure. By activating the play in the control spring mechanism the control lever on the pump is being allowed to move into neutral hence no lift. This is the first thing to check but there could also be a problem in the internal hydraulic linkage.
