I've had my MF202 for almost a year now. Haven't really used it that much since I have an 8N that is my mowing tractor.
Anyway, when I went out and started it today, I had left the quadrant handle up and the back blade came up. The thing is that I had the PTO in the off position and it was not spinning. But the hydraulics worked anyway.
I know the PTO has to be on for my 8N hydraulics to work so this surprised me. Is it normal for the hydraulics to work without the PTO turning on the MF202? I never noticed this before.
The MF202 is the industrial version of the MF35 with the Z134 gas engine. I think it's about a 1958 model. No ID tag on the tractor so I can't be positive. I got the year from the engine tag.
