In one of the dealers bulletins it was suggested to make sale for the M670 before customer had a chance to drive it,due to vibrating issues. Several page bulletin on dealers meeting with complaints and suggestions on needed improvements of several models.

Cool info GB. Funny on the 670 I spent a lot of hours on a 65 non super never felt a abnormal vibration... lol

Have a memo from the meetings of dealers and they cut down alot of models. Like one
complaint the U302 didn't have wide front standard axle. Type E hydraulics leaking. What I
found interesting was the serial numbers of G704's and where they were sold.
G704's,M604's and Big Mo500 diesel are highly sought after models. Wonder why 504 was stuck
in 704. 704 is basically a left over GV1 but G705.GV1 and G704 were all made in 1962.
Good possibility it was special order for a big farmer.Another dealer request in the memo
was for a 425 in the M670. Remember these were the guys selling and servicing them.

I would assume if they were sitting on a G704 trying to sell it that the gvi power needed to be bumped to a 504. It is nice to know that people were giving sound input but troublesome to know that in most cases no one listened.

Gary, Are you able to post the serial numbers of the G704's that were sold in Canada? Mine came from Montana, and I'm curious if it came from Canada. Thanks!
