We're in the middle of our usual September "soft" weather - a period of 10-14 days of clear sky, 80°, iight wind, no rain weather that heralds the start of Autumn.
For once, I timed my hay cuttings so I laid down the 4th cut right at the start of this period. This was on a Monday, and yesterday (Friday), it was ready to rake:
And by late this afternoon, it was ready to bale:
I don't know what everybody else's problem is, but my 6 volt front mount 8N keeps starting right up every time I go to use it - it's still one of the handiest tools I have on the farm! 8)
