Oliver 60 crank shaft belt pulley broken

New here on the Oliver forum but I need a little help on getting the pulley off the crankshaf on my 60. It's the pulley that adjust to tighten the belt
And I have the bolts out but the pulley want come off. The bolt holes are broken out of the pulley and is going to need to be rebuilt or replaced. If anyone has a good one I would be interested. Thanks for any input on getting this thing off. Larry

You need to remove the starting jaw (1-1/8 deep socket. A good heavy drift placed on the back side of the pulley and a big hammer will take it off. If not a bearing splitter will be necessary and a 2 jaw puller to hook onto the splitter. If the diameter of the puller forcing screw is less than 3/4 inch it will pilot inside the crankshaft otherwise you will also need a shaft protector. Clear as mud? J.
 
Try an impact wrench on the starter jaw. If the engine still wants to turn, wedge a piece of wood between the inside of the block and the crankshaft.
