Where can I find a colored wiring diagram from the trailer connector to the truck wiring. 4-pin and 7-pin

Just search "7 pin trailer wiring diagram", lots to choose from.
But... Not all are wired by the same color code. Best check first.
All 4 wire should be the same, white=ground, brown=running lights, yellow=left, green=right.

We sell trailers where I work and it looks to me like everybody has their own colors on their trailer wiring. I don't usually mess with the truck side.
Just 2-3 weeks ago had to help straighten out a trailer pigtail where the customer had tried to install one of a different make on his trailer. The wires were totally different colors and the brakes would immediately lock when pluged into the truck.
You would be better off finding a diagram showing what pin on the plug does what, regardless of the color of the wire. Then don't be afraid to take the trailer plug apart and trace the wires from there.

A spare 12 volt battery and some jumper wires will quickly identify which wire is which on the trailer. Then it is just a matter of installing the trailer plug so everything matches up with the truck.
