Put some air in the trailer tires and get rid of the bumper, haul it up to my place. Had quite a few hours on one just like that one in my younger days. Farmer I worked for had a lot of marsh land so a crawler was needed. He was able to get it during the big war after a lot of influence by the local senator. I think his was a 1942 model.

Must have gotten it because he was raising hemp (weed) for the war effort.

drop that bumper off at my place i need one for an 02 super duty looks the same in the pic if its free i can make it fit lol

When I see a Cleatrac, alwaya remindes me of My Dad's Cleatrac. Someone saw it form the road, and got it for a song, along with a early caterpiller. Dad was in the early stages of alzheimers disease, and had no idea what they were worth. Stan

Larry,

It could be an A or B , but from the bottom

roller flange showing behind the bumper , I

really think it is an E . Probably sold by

Ellis Tiger Co of Gladstone, NJ. I have an

AG-6 bought for them when we lived in

Rockaway valley on split rock road.

I did a lot of mowing with an Oliver Cletrac back in the 1960's in an apple orchard. The grill on that one looked different than the one that you show and it had a little wider stance. It had a rear mounted sickle mower and worked excellent for mowing around the apple trees. I would mow along with the end of the bar in line with the trees and when I was right next to the tree would pull the right turn lever a bit to pull the bar away from the tree. as soon as I was just past the tree I would pull the left lever and be right on track after mowing almost all of the grass around the tree. It worked pretty slick.
