need website to measure acreage of field

Need to measure acreage of some fields from satellite data. Google Planimeter shows the satellite views, allows me to put points on the map, but doesn"t want to show the acerage... Any other similar services available that will work?

Planimeter site. Are you sure your conecting dots. I just fooled with it an it works. Just did a quick rectangle an it worked

Not working for me - donno what I"m doing wrong. Have tried several fields, several different farms, etc. No acerage. Know I have used it previously with good luck. Thanks anyways guys.

I measure my fields on county website and it gives acreage.

Changed to another computer - a clunky old laptop, acreage was displayed in several units to the right of map under the clear points boxes. Don"t know why it wouldn"t work with other computer. Answer is 4 1/2 acres.
