Farmall H brake problem

I purchased a Farmall H and the right brake pedal shaft is rusted fast where it enters the transmission case. I have used penetrating oil light tapping with hammer but can"t get it to move. I don"t have a skematic so I don"t know if this shaft has a retainer of some kind inside the transmission case?--Any help or information will be appreciated.

I had one rusted in and siezed,put penetraiting oil on it,heated it,tried everything..finally got a great big pry bar against it,a friend hit it with a sledge while I held the bar, we had to hit it several times..it was just like it was welded in there. I cleaned out the hole in the trans case with a dremel tool,inserted a new brass bushing,greased it and after cleaning the shaft up it all went together and worked. They can be very difficult to get out
