nh 311 baler parts needed


Try Burgh Implement in Pa. You can goggle them. NH didn't really change their balers that much and I have often found parts from other models that are exactly teh same thing.
 
I bet it is standard off the shelf. I don't think I've ever been in a dealership or parts store that didn't have a display of PTO shaft parts.
 
Any welding shop can fix you up- just cut off the old one, weld a replacement on. Standard parts.
 
That should be a pretty standard '35' series Spicer shaft, though you should check the crosses and the bar size to be sure. It's a while since I had to buy one but I'm thinking 30 bucks would cover it...
Any decent equipment dealer should have a rack of that stuff on hand.

i was wondering if the ones at tractor supply would fit. i think the only pto parts they have is for the stuff they sell though. nh is too expensive. mine is twisted and bent a little and it keeps breaking ujoints so i tried sqeezing it a little in my shop press and it took a lot of pressure and twist off on the joint. i will see if that works. just posted this in case i need a backup plan.
