Tractor cab glass clean up

The old window tinting (film) on my 1972 Case tractor cab is in pretty bad shape and is stuck on with some sort adhesive. I've pulled some of the film off the glass but a lot of the dried adhesive remains.

Anyone know what I can use to get the old dried sticky stuff off the glass?

A product called Goo-Gone has worked good for me in the past. Found it at the local hardware store. Comes in liquid form. Wipe on with a rag and let it soak for a while then wipe off.

Nail polish remover, with some elbow grease, otherwise MEK - methyl ethyl ketone which is automotive paint thinner or similar. Or you could put peanut butter on it and let the dog lick it off ... LOL

Sometimes a single edge razor blade will take stuff off glass, in my
experience.

Have had good results with alcohol and used paint thinner when I had no alcohol.Razor blade works good but you gotta have that little holder for the razor blade to get full effect.
