Inserting F-20 Flywheel

How do you put a F-20 flywheel back onto the crankshaft? I used some threaded rod that I screwed into the flywheel to pull it off. And should I leave the key out until the flywheel is on, and then hammer the key in?

Leave the key in the flywheel, line the key up with the notch in the crankshaft and knock the flywheel on with a big deadblow hammer.

it also helps if you heat the flywheel, like in an oven or on top of a heater/stove something just to a couple hundred degrees to make it grow a bit.They are all different just like removing, some go easy, some go hard.
