Anybody ever bought parts from nnalert tractor parts ? And how long dose it usually take if there parts are backordered ?

I have bought a few things from them, never had anything back ordered though, didnt take long to get what it was that I ordered either! Bob
 
I've bought plenty of stuff from them over the years. Time on back ordered items will depend entirely on how long it takes suppliers to get items to nnalert. They can't ship until stuff reaches their door. Usually, I get shipment with-in 3 or 4 days of ordering. Only back ordered items I ever had with them took a week on one item, over 2 months on another. In the case of the last one, manufacturer was slow shipping.
 
I have dealt with them, years ago they might have been a good company, Here is my rant. They seem to advertize items they don't have. Customer service is low. Not to impressed with there used parts division. They are not my prefered supplier.
 
I've been running into much the same problems with a number of previously reliable vendors. No one is carrying a big inventory these days, be it direct sales business', or wholesale suppliers they buy from. These days, people sell an item, then order it in to ship. I'm sure not pleased with the outcome, but it is what it is...

Never dealt with nnalert on used parts, so no opinion there.
 
i have bought before.. don't really plan on doing so again unless back is up against a wall.
