I have a 39 9n front mount. Currently on the trator I have a (3) wire genny which I want to convert to a (2) wire genny.

How do I wire this? Where do I put the 3rd. wire?

o you mean that you have a 9N10000A (two wire) that you want to use in place of a current 8N10000??
If that is what you mean, then, the 3rd wire is simply a ground from generator case to VR case, so you could connect it to a generator bolt or just not use it. Ford simply did not use it on the early 9N10000A. They relied on grounding through the mounting bolt/brackets.
