If you are using windows there should be a clock in the lower left hand corner.. hover your cursor over it . Maybe others do the same ?

Don't feel bad I was tested on the same thing by a visiting nurse the other day.. She said it was important for me to know the date.. I had to cheat as the calendar was behind her. Guess she was checking how senile I was ????

"If you are using windows there should be a clock in the lower left hand corner.." You must be inside computor looking out.

Best guess, ain't sure, usually member it to be 90, 91, 92 somethin like that, think them officers' side a the house called it "Desert Storm"
I prefer to call it dessert storm, cause I knew we had more to dish out.
Just left some folks like me scatterbrained
What can I say, politicians,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

A few years ago, I had an aunt who was a very precise retired old maid school teacher who was taking care of her younger senile sister. Her sister kept asking her what day of the week it was. It was starting to get to her, so she finally told her sister to look at the paper for the date in the future. Her senile sister responded, how would I know it is todays paper?

The moral of the story is, don't mess with someone whom you think is less smart than yourself. Its saturday, October 1st.

I dunno I do use Google as main engine.
Have many tool bars some hidden, but I do have a clock that shows me the time constantly. if I hover over it I see the date.

My clock for Windows XP PRO is on the bottom right hand side as I face the monitor.Right or wrong? Sat ,10/01/2011,1:55 PM, Arizona time.We don't change our clocks as others do.

OK, got it, on mine, its bottom right as facing monitor.
Got a perfect GPA in computer programmin,

Don't trust computers, rather ask...
but ya'll are correct, jostled my memory and its there.

Still Saturday, 01OCT2011, I mean 1991, no wait...2011
Still Saturday, ain't it?
Not Sun am....
True question
Anybody?
within an hour or two???

Well, dbernie, sounds like you have a legitimate reason for your problem. But, for what it's worth, this old brain gets a little mixed up at times also. My daughter works 40 hrs. in three days, then she is off three days, repeat, repeat. Which means different days every week. Then every fifth week she is off seven days in a row. Try to remember what day of the week it is on a schedule like that!

Where I am it is Sunday 2nd.downsouth's chart has also added daylight saving 1 extra hour which commenced an 2am this morning.

Many of the self-setting clocks that use a radio signal from the official time at the U.S. Naval Observatory to set accurately also have the date on them. Perhaps an inexpensive one would serve you well. Many call them atomic clocks, which they are not.
