Do you suppose he learned anything from this incident?

"Two drivers may face criminal charges after a bout of road rage resulted in an accident at Woodward Avenue and Haynes around 1 p.m. Tuesday.

"According to police reports, both drivers &#151 a 55-year-old woman from Bloomfield Hills driving a Chevrolet Tahoe and a 59-year-old man from Royal Oak driving a motorcycle &#151 claimed the other cut them off while driving north on Woodward. Witnesses told police that both drivers began cutting in front of each other, then quickly slowly or stopping. Both drivers also took pictures of each other with their cellphones, police reports state.

"As the two passed Haynes Street, police reports state, the Tahoe stopped suddenly, and the man driving the motorcycle ran into the back of the sport utility vehicle. The motorcyclist suffered non-life-threatening injuries, including a broken leg and several lacerations, and was transported to William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.

"Both drivers were cited for reckless driving and injury to a vehicle. The reports have been turned over to the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office for review of criminal charges."
Road Rage Leads to Accident

(quoted from post at 07:23:12 10/17/11) More and more it just seems like everybody is in one he77 of a hurry. Why can't they just slow down and enjoy life a little?
Slowing down is not synonymous with enjoying life. Anyone who drives in the Detroit area (probably true in most metro areas) knows the frustration of driving on the roads (particularly rush hour) with people who have no common sense OR consideration for other drivers. This goes for drivers on both ends of the spectrum: people who drive recklessly, cutting in and out of traffic as well as those who drive 10-15 mph below everyone else and tie up traffic behind them, oblivious to those around them.

A lot of the above is attributable to those who are yakking away on their cell phones or texting. I see this daily on my commute and they usually are the ones who are driving way slower than everyone else, leaving 10-15 car lengths ahead of themselves on the expressways. I even saw one young lady eating a bowl of cereal in the morning (using both hands to do it) while talking away, presumably to someone on her cell phone. She was in the right lane of an expressway in rush hour doing about 40 mph, which is less than the minimum.

I envy those in the country who may have to travel a little farther to get to where they're going, but I'm guessing their drive is a lot less stressful.

In this area, a guy recently went to jail after another motorist rear ended him on his way home. Guy got out of the vehicle and began yelling and pounding on the other drivers vehicle, then proceeded to open the door and strike the other driver. Not smart to commit battery to another person over a simple fender-bender, but apparently the guy was enraged that he was on his way home from the auto body shop after repairs and really lost his cool when his vehicle was again damaged.

nice biker, usualy when that happens around here the biker takes a couple feet of heavy chain which he just happens to have, and takes out the windshield or something to get the driver of the cars attention

I don't recommend pulling weapons on your fellow citizens. Never know when the guy might be an armed redneck or off-duty cop. Nor do I think it's a good idea to ride your bike while tripping on LSD. But if you say they both work for you, who am I to argue?

roadrage isn't real big here because if you flipsomeone the bird, shake your fist, or do anything percieved to be threatening or disrespectful on the road, they just have to get your license# and report you to the police. You get a nice little ticket in the mail or a visit and it handed to you personally...... Usually costs more to fight it than just paying it....
