This 1466 I got this winter has a pair of fuel tanks mounted to the frame rails. One on each side. They measure 43" x 15" x 14". Any idea how many gallons they hold?

Without looking it up, something around 235 cubic inches equals a gallon. ok- just googled it gal = 231 cubic inches. I"ll let you do the math.

Each tank will hold 39 gallons if filled to the very top.
If you go to external_link and type in IH 1466 this website will give you a bunch of info on this tractor. (like fuel capacity) Not including the extra tanks of course.
