Tractor Restoration Contract

So i am working on a contract in order to restore a 36 WC for Dale Haymaker(owner of the Allis museum in paris, ill.). So iam trying to cover my basics on the contract. This is just to cover both him and me, so when its done we have a clear contract on bringing it back to the museum. So if anybody has any basic tips or items to add to it please post.

Be sure to spell out the depth of restoration as
understood by both parties. The replacement of
bearings and clutches. The use of in
specification original components.
Never use allness statements like: all connections
and pivots to be as new. This just begs someone
to look at seat brackets and governor links to
prove them inadequate.
Address originality. Paint that matches the
Prussian Orange of the original in formula might
not be available. What is the "look" to be
attempted in the finish.
Are all reproduction components to be cataloged.
As a museum tractor, should it be constructed to
be preserved with corrosion prevention in the
cylinders, and no fuel in the tank, no coolant,
etc?
Should a battery look-a-like black box be used to
prevent corrosion and danger.
What provision should be made to prevent engine
rotation, or is it going to be rotated on occasion, or used in events.
Are payments going to be made at specific times or
construction points to allow reasonable
expectation of income?
Is there an account for purchases and expenses?
Make sure there is a signoff of acceptance of the
contract to relieve you of callbacks or stop
payment issues.

I hope this is what you had in mind. Jim
