Neighbors......

Got more of em than you can shake a stick at and get along (even like) with most all of them. ot one right next door that the whole family is kinda out there... They talk to themselves, get in arguments with thier dogs, etc.... The dad (???) is between jobs right now and home all the time. He'll just outta the blue start screaming at whatever he is doing, throwing stuff, and just flip out for awhile til all the neighborhood dogs (including his 6) get stirred up... I came in from night shift at 0730, 0900 he is at the gate ringing the gate bell so the whole town hears it and pushing our doorbell button.. I think thier may be something wrong and run out to have him tell me that everytime he tries to talk with one of our dogs in the backyard that she barks at him and he's afraid she'll bite him if he tries to pet her..... Didn't even know what to say to him other than don't try to pet her....

Guess it's time to put out a quiet time sign next to the doorbell.....

Done now, just cranky and hadda vent.... :roll:

Your property taxes are too low. The taxes in my hood keep out that kind of riffraff.

Got a lady down here like that. Walks the streets talking to the trees and animals. Tells everyone about the coming flood.Goes up to the local gas station for lunch. Owner gives her a coke, chips and a sandwich. Every day. Never bothers anyone,doesn't beg for anything. Some times I think she is the only sane one in town

LOL...Cool...I think thats funny....All guys like you should have a neighbor like that......by the way...hows the watter line doin....You know...caryin all them watter buckets just might be helpen your BP....I know im not...LOL

Next time tell the old boy that is really strange, she always talks back to you when you talk to her. She must not like him.

He sounds alot like a guy I work with. Me and another guy have a $1,000 bet go'n to see who can make the crazy guy stroke out first.

So what do you do to help that stroke come on, keep setting him up to get irate or something ?

S.O.B. comes back with an AK, and don't think its funny anymore, what do you do then ?

Anyone taking bets on which one of you he kills first ?

I'd keep poking at him, maybe he'll stroke out, maybe he'll empty a magazine in your direction, yep keep prodding away, sooner or later you'll get a reaction. Might not be what you expected.

Don't mind me, used to have people try and do the same to me, you know, strictly to entertain themselves, but...... it never worked out for em in the end, and they never saw it coming.

Careful for what you wish for now.

We've got a guy in town who walks around town all day, talking and arguing with himself. If the argument gets especially intense, he stops so he can concentrate better, and the angry gestures increase. After a little "back and forth" with himself, he calms down and gets underway again- not sure if he changes the subject and starts over, or not.

I am not too worried about him show'n up with a gun. His mamma told him when he was a kid that guns are the devil so he avoids them. When he does snap there will be plenty of time to run. Anything that is out of his normanl motions he has to studder and shake over it for a good ten minutes.
