John Deere HP

Just need a ballpark figure. John Deere 4-239 with a turbo. It was the blower engine in a sweeper truck. Thanks, Fritz

If you're sticking it in a tractor, look at the models that came with a 4-239 turbo. The 2750 had one and had 75HP PTO. I'm guessing probably comes in somewhere around 85HP at the flywheel?

Back in the era of a 2750 tractor JD had started advertising engine(flywheel HP) but rather pto & drawbar HP which is lower than engine HP.
John Deere 2750 Power:
PTO (claimed): 75 hp [55.9 kW]
Drawbar (tested): 62.97 hp [47.0 kW]
PTO (tested): 75.35 hp [56.2 kW]
