OT: This is how ramps should be made

Cut the factory knees off and made my own knees out of 7 inch channel. The knee caps are 7 inches x 16 inches. The knees are shorter, almost 4 inches with tractor on trailer. .

Ramps can't kick up, even when truck isn't connected to trailer.

Notice, the Diet pepsi remained on the fender when I unloaded the IH C

Forgot to show truck is not connected to trailer.

Whatever work for you. I guess I don't understand why you would want to load the tractor on a trailer without a truck hooked to it though? Are there snakes on the ground or something?

Howard there was another thread about a ramp that was made wrong and a tractor or somerhing got stuck on the ramp when it kicked up. I believe this is a follow up to that thread.

I need ramps that won't kick up. The lawn roller will kick up the ramps with the truck hooked up. It lifts the rear of the truck off the ground. That would be nice if I need to change a truck tire and I don't have a jack.

Sometimes I need to pull my 4600 lawn roller off the trailer and I need to use my truck to do that.

There are some who ask what's the best trailer to buy. I say don't buy a trailer if their ramps look like this. Notice, the knees are behind the pin. My revised ramps, I moved it all the way forward.
