O/T Oil Seal Interchange

Can any one tell me a good site to go to for oil seal interchange. I have a National seal in a gear box on a small conveyor and it leaks. The number on the seal reads - National 70285KO. The shaft size is apprx 7/8" not sure of the seal housing size or the seal "OD" as of yet. Any place I talk to tell me there is no such seal...!!! Thanks for any help.

I've had luck on bearings with just typing manufacturer and part number in the search bar

Put your number in and didn't come up with anything. Just get the id and od and put into the calculator.

I have an old National/Federal-Mogul seal "standardization" catalog that list part numbers as follows.

7/8" x 1 3/8" x 1/4" = 471267
7/8" x 1 1/2" x 1/4" = 471570
7/8" x 1 5/8" x 1/4" = 471646
7/8" x 1 3/4" x 1/4" = 470590

I've got a JD cross reference book about 1 1/2" thick and it doesn't show that number. Sure you got it right?
