They have our ever lasting THANKS. You do as well. It is a shame that it took so many years for the country to remember the ones that fought and died in Vietnam.

I am planning a trip this summer to DC. I have gone once before but could not make myself go to the wall.

Thanks JD You need to go to "The Wall". It will move you and I waited until two years ago to go. You may want some alone time while you are there. It will be worth it. DH

I"ve been there a couple of times. Always worthwhile. Photo is not of the Wall, but of Arlington. Mass grave for 7, including one of six friends lost in Nam, John Boronski. These were Mar 24, 1970, SOG Recon, from Cambodia while US was not there. BNR 29 years, buried about 2001. One was a BCT buddy, Larry Stice, CO. All others from 8th and 5th Special Forces Groups. A-Team Cpt Dan Monahan, Team medic, Gary Crone, Motor Officer George Railley, SC, and George Sisler, MO, awarded the Medal of Honor.
