Shoulda known..... Power steeringfor my tractor got here on Thursday. Neighbor kid (who is head overheals in luuuuuuuuv) grabbed me Friday while I was moving hay and still needed the tractor a couple hours. Said just park it and he'd pick it up/install Saturday morning. Asked him if he could have it finished because I needed it again when I got off work. "Sure... couple hours work".... Rush home after work and no tractor.... Adjust plans a little and skip some mowing and carry some water jugs instead of filling a tank. Get all done and go to his place for the WTF...Tractor is in the dark shop with parts scattered and he's gone courtin. Slipped by this morning on the way to work and he's still gone.....
Sure hope he comes up for air and finishes it today :roll:

Guess he's gone the way of many young dudes........

Looks like you might have to start doing things for yourself again since the Endentured Servant has flown the coop.Don't imagine he's going to miss the Big Bucks he was getting for doing your work(LOL)

He makes out pretty good... I get him quite a bit of stuff from American ebay and he likes HF and Northern Tool stuff......... I usually order the stuff and try to remember what to charge him for it... My memory is linked to his favors..........
Guess I gotta get some flowers and get on his new luuuv's good side :roll:

OK, went after work and cornered him :roll: He had to stop until tomorrow... They sent the wrong fitting pack (sent the one without a frontloader) and he has to get a couple angles and nipples..... had a talk with the girl and laid down the law as far as priorities and my policy on dating...
Things should be OK now :roll:

Bad part of it is, I had to use his tractor this evening.... Now I want one like it for myself......

girlfriend thinks so!

Be glad he helps you as much as he does. A shop
would charge over $100/hr and even more if you
wanted it fast. A favor is usually done the odd time
when you don't have time to do it yourself. You
shouldn't be charging him anything considering
everything he's done for you.

Dave, did you ask him, I'm sure his GF had all the right angles, fittings and nipples to use.LOL.
Makes for a nice tight fit,and no running around to find others.LOL
Just make sure it's only his tractor you'll be wanting for yourself, your better half might not understand.Or else you may get a skillet upside your head and forget your people skills that you have so diligently acquired and practice daily, will be of no use.

Behave Lou.....
I feel a little bad for him..... He's a few weeks away from 30, homely, and hasn't had it since it had him, work hard at work and stay at home in his shop kinda guy.... She's 22, a little cute, likes to run and play, and bats her eyes a lot.... She starts college in September and my boy may fall by the wayside....

We'll see.....
