Hello dave2,

Now what you need to do is to put a clear coat of varnish or urethane.
Those pretty graphics will stay the way they are
now.

Guido.

now, if you could only see it from the window

That's a utility room.... The picture is from the frt porch...

Hello dave2,
Anyway you can do it is better then letting the sun eat it up. Ask me how I know!
Guido.

I'll take it back down after work and pick up some clear this week.....
Or, what about a good coat of turtle wax??????

Hello dave2,
Wax would be O.K. seven coats of varnish will do the trick.
Here are some of my measuring tools.
The digital one is for the house and the basement temps. I could put another outside and the unit will show that temp also.
Round one is outside the garage. The mobil one is in the garage. I have more temp measuring devices, but that is for another post.
Guido.

You might consider "mobilizing" your thermometer by mounting it on a board.

</a>

That way if its too hot or too cold, you can move it to another area with a more suitable temperature.

Good idea, but you's too late..Already drilled holes in my building

Maybe it's time to reroute the grapevine a little and cut a board....
