When you reply there is a link at the top left of the lower box that says "Upload Photo".
Click on that, then click the Browse button and find the picture you want to upload. Click the upload button and you will see a preview of the picture on the right.
Once you have the correct picture in that preview, click the Continue button.

The forum moderators do not allow early use of the picture capability. If you request special pr=ermission from Kim in Feedback Forum. posting is pretty straight forward, directions at the bottom of a post page. Basically upload the pic to the appropriate gallery to the left. Then use its address (under it in the listing) to put the address in the optional Image box.
