Its finally dry enough to get at them :D About 8 more loads to come. They are small loads because of the summer wieght restrictions.

Bout ime you stop loafin and eatin popcorn..... You may consider a way of containing the sawdust and keeping it dry. Local mills here get 10+ bucks a cubic meter from folks for bedding....
 
two moreloads come! Its all spruce logs.
Not sure how many lumber costomers I will have, we will see when I start to make some lumber, ya dont know until you try...right????

I know I am spoiled perhaps by the hardwoods that get cut for lumber around here but how is there enough material in those logs to acually make them worth cutting. Or are they a lot larger diameter than they look?
 
They are alot larger then they appear, some of them are over 24inches at the but and over 60 feet long.
 
Dang it Lyle, them there things ain't logs, thems trees without the trimings. Dangs kids, have to tell em everything.

ont care what they are, theys goin through the mill...lol
 
When I was a kid, they would leave little logs that size and bring in the normal sized ones ( 2 or 3 logs in a load ).
