tractors ...machinery hill

I remember going to the Minnesota State Fair with my Dad and one brother in the middle to late sixties. (Brother Bruce was too young, he stayed with Mom. We would spend almost the whole day on
Machinery Hill. Uncle Elmer worked at Minny Moline, but I liked the Farmalls.

The machinery simply got too large to fit it on machinery hill. Farm Fest was to have taken over as the Ag machinery display grounds.

Deere has their building and usually brings a row crop. The majority is the lawn and garden equipment, which would fit in with what the majority of the people would be looking to buy.

There is also usually a display of antique tractors on the street from collectors.

There usually around 50 antique tractors at the Minnesota state fair. I had 3 of my Case tractor there 3 years ago. Really nice stuff.
