Ot, but tractors involved

My nephew is gonna visit a few days, he gets around in a 6 wheel elec chair. My deck is 4ft 6 tall, does any body have any idea how long of a ramp I'll need to build to keep the incline within reason?
 
HI here in minn, I checked for my dad and code was 1 foot rise to 10 feet of run, they are very long, probably have to do a switch-back, I did. hope this helps.

Flying by the seat of my pants here Cole, but looking at a 4/12 pitch roof I'd
say 12 to 15 feet?
 
so that would be a 48 feet 6inches long ramp

but since this is private i'dd make it as long as possible and ask him if woud be ok
 
NO steeper than 1:12, and put in a landing every 30" of run, for a resting place. Make sure to have guarde rails along sides, and make absolutely sure to have a 2x4 board 4" or so along the bottom, so the front wheels can"t get underneath and drop off the edge, and the person get trapped. (Happened to my cousin.) Don"t skimp on any of this, it"s important.

Since it's only a few days, and assuming that you have the stuff around (tractor, etc). You'd use less materials etc, making a lift instead. Even if it's just a box on the frontloader or (???? ).... Rent a forklift for those few days. If he's a kid, he'll prolly enjoy it.
