There has been much talk about nutrition on the news lately, and they say there is no significant health benifits to eating organic food. My wife and I eat from our garden year round and our wild game and fish come from the family farm, which practices modern day crop fertilization, weed control, and pest control practices.If you think organics are the way to go, do it . we have many struggling organic farmers in the area, and they need all the help you can give. I hope they can survive, as they are a part of our land base, and rural economy, here in central NY.
