Sweet, and built from the bone pile. We have built a few things from the bone pile here also. That's why we have a bone pile. Good looking scenery there, I like the western side where you are. Would like to come back sometime, a couple years is too long.

What do you need a right handed rake for?

This type of hitch will roll two singles or a double with twin left-handed rakes. It just depends on which side the rear rake is swung to.

I"ve heard of the same thing using a combine steering axle, with power steering cyl already on it. Sure speeds up raking!

Lookin' good, stuff you had and they are great. Guy I worked for built one, had left and right NH rakes w/o dollies, just the spread hitch, what a pain to move, now simple.

Steve. I love tis kind of ingenuity Kinda like our project I conulted you about. This is something you just have to go at solve the problem as they happen. (graydon) gitrib

My state isn't much bigger than this field, lol, so my fields are small, 5-10 acres. I rake/turn with a lely pinwwheel and use a Grimm ground-drive tedder to toss after turning. Made two trips for years until I put a hitch on the rake, now flip and toss with one trip.
