It does look like it would be fun to play with, or maybe, for pushing manure around the corral.

The one I have is an all hydraulic model, bought it new, great little
roadgrader, stump puller, ditch and swale machine. The one in this
video is closer to mine, but does not have the 6 way blade, and 3
point hitch. THey make a good product, but' it's pricey!

Dad has one of those that he built a loader for. I think someone bought the engine out of ot, but the rest is there. Belt driven IIRC, and maybe a Kohler engine. Maybe a kit out of a magazine.
