520 pto disengages took apart found every thing to be in good shape adj pto to spec linkage is good i have rebuilt many with no problems

I wonder about the little collar the balls lock into and the one they ride on ? I had one really indented. If they end up locking into an indent they likely won't hold as well will they ? I was able to resurface it.

I had then same problem with my 720 bought a different ramp collar and new disks at same time adjusted and works great now I took it apart once before I got new parts and then balls had fallen out of place and I put it back together and it work for a day or two then started messing up again so bought different parts then old ramp seemed to have then lip worn off where the balls sit when it's engaged
