Pups first snow

I'm a few days late posting this, just a picture of the pup in the snow. He loves running through the drifts and sticking his snout in the snow to see how high he can throw it.

Erik what kind of dog is he? Is that a Blue tick healer? We have a mix between Australian cattle dog and red tick.

This is my Golden Retriever's fisrt snow. He does the same thing, has his face covered in snow. I can't wait to get out hunting with him but the snow will be mostly gone today - only got a couple inches and in the 40's today.

He's a blue heeler, Mick, they're bred herding dogs. Just a brand of Australian cattle dog. This guy is smart as a whip and learns quick, I have to think fast to keep ahead of him.

Looking for some good tracking snow to get the beagle pups out. First field trial is in two weeks. I'm anxious to see how they do. Love that beagle music!!!
