changed overnight (one word or two? grin). about 1/4 inch or so with light rain continuing, temperature at 35 heading up to 42.

pete--Looks like you have a beautiful place. I have noticed that over the last few years, weather has made an extreme change in our area. My problem is that all the rain, during the winter, washes away much of the growth that struggled to survive during the Drought we have during late summer.
I have posted this problem before and I think many people have this problem to an extent.
