Well after reading this forum everyday for the last few years, I thought it was time I join in. A little bit about myself, I collect mostly Ford tractors. My father and I have at this time 8 Fords, some restored and a few still original including a 9N #849, that came out of my close friend, Dwight Enstroms, collection. It was in pieces when I got it and took 3 years to put it back together and was finished about this time last year. I also have a 6cyl Funk that is in nice condition, but not totally restored. 3 8Ns, one that I built into a LCG tractor, one restored 8, and one original '63 4000 that was my grandfather's last tractor. He farmed 180 acres of South Georgia ground with it up until his death in '98. It is restored now and will be passed on to the next generation. I also have a few green tractors and a red one that is not a Ford. I work for a company here in Florida that produces the fertilizer most of you use and yes I know the price is too high. 20 years as a millwright and now a maintenance planner. I work on tractors and anything else that gets dragged into my small shop on the side to earn a few extra bucks and to support my hobbies. I have a couple of welders, lathe, milling machine and large drill press. I look forward to joining in. And to JDseller, I do not always agree with everything you have to say, but you are a man with a big heart and I respect you for that. There are fewer of us everyday.

Welcome,
I won't hold it against you that you are a Ford guy,--HeHe. Glad you came out of the closet. Lets see some pics of your tractors.
Hopeing you don't add to the political and gun stuff that seams to be prevelent on here lately.

Welcome to the site. When I had my farm I had a 57 Ford 850 4cyl gas and a 1967 Ford 2000 3cyl gas. they purred like a kitten. I miss riding them.

Welcome, FLOLDFORD.
It's amazing the variety of people this site pulls together. The best of everyone is here.
I'm not even a farmer. I have 1.25 acres, 2/3 of that house and yard, yet I have 4 tractors. Figure that one out. I just like tractors. :)
2 cases, an allis, and an international.
This site is an incredible archive of information and common sense from common sense people. I'm glad you dedided to chime in.

Hello and welcome. As you get familiar with the site maybe you could post some pictures of your collection.

Welcome,It will be nice to have another Ford guy,I like Fords too,I have 1973 Ford 2000 and a 1950 8N, This ix a great site, not just tractors, much more, Please post pictures of your tractors if you get a chance, sure would like to see them ,Thanks for joining.

Welcome. You'll have a good time here. Best thing about this place if you need answer some one here has done it and will tell you to go for it, or try it at your own risk.

I think this site is better than the news. Most of the people on here dont lie, hmmm, does that mean I think TV news people are liars? Well, at least truth stretchers.

Bit of a welcome from the green side and up north of you, where it's snowing tonite. Most of these guys are OK, and a few bite. Hope you have fun.

Welcome to the club, always nice to see new folk on the board. We run JD and IH and have a few old Farmalls and a couple Minnie Mo's too. Like the others said most of the folk here are nice, some can be gruff but their heart's in the right place.

Welcome aboard. No Fords here. Closest I can come to a Ford is My Fergusion TO 20. Like others have said, no matter what you want to know, someone here has the answer. Stan

i have a 1946 2n that is always outspoken so i have to park it between my two masseys to keep it in check

Welcome!! One of the first tractors I drove was a ford jubilee that my dad bought new in 53. My brother still has it.

You have a good decision, the folks here and all the other YT forums are unbeatable. A farm with out a ford tractor is some how lacking. Not be one for lacking, 2n 2600 and a New Holland.
