Might be the last super bowl I watch for a while. Not disappointed in who won, could care less actually. Just disappointed overall. Can think of better ways to spend an evening

I was kind of thinking the same as you. There are certianly more important matters to attend to. I do not think the power outage helped. Think I only watched because I had money on Baltimore. Guess they'll have to start playing the game at 1:00 (that way it can be done by 7) and open the dome. Is the Superdome even a retractable dome? I never keep track of that stuff.

Very Good Commercial. Family Values!

I don"t watch sports on TV, but worse yet, was working outside tonight here in Trinidad on helicopters and had to listen to the locals at an outdoor club a mile away beating on drums and singing and yelling over giant speakers (think hip-hop, jungle, techno garbage). Carnival is this week, so the natives will ramp it up until Tuesday next week. Usually I wear earplugs just for the aircraft noise, but will be wearing them even while I try to sleep this week. No noise restrictions in the 3rd world, they are immune or deaf.

I was kinda shocked at that half time show (it looked like a Victoria Secret show) That Beyonce woman is quite hot but very inappropriate for a super bowl show.
I went to bed early, right after the power went out in the stadium.

Wait, I couldn"t have been eating wings.
There is a wing shortage, the talking heads on the news said so.
It was also on the internet and they don"t post lies.
What the heck was I eating?

I thought it was a very entertaining game--better than many of the Super Bowls I have watched. I am not a huge professional sports fan, but I enjoy a game where the teams are very well matched and the outcome of the game is not determined until the very last seconds. Mission accomplished last night!

It will be interesting to learn what happened with the power outage. It seemed to me that the long break shifted the momentum to San Francisco"s side, and changed the second half of the game. I didn"t care that much who won, but expected a San Francisco victory. I was disappointed with the non-call of pass interference that I thought was so obvious when San Francisco was trying to score that last time. I am, in general, not too pleased with refs in most sports...their decisions are far too subjective.

I wasn"t that thrilled with the commercials this year. Nothing really stood out to me as very memorable. Not like some years when the commercials are better than the actual game.

I didn"t pay that much attention to the halftime show. I don"t really like that kind of "singing" if you want to call it that. It was a good time to eat supper, which I did.

I think I have watched at least part of each of the Super Bowls through the years. I would give this one a good, strong B+.
