Well, temps dropped from37F yesterday to 15 today. Been having clippers travel through since last evening. The first pic. is looking up the road, The little bright spots is a PU about 400' up the road, when one of the clippers was rolling through.

Hey Loren, we are having the same cold snap,Temps dropped like a stone last night. Buddy of mine, also a dairyman , makes syrup each year. They had a goood run last week. Ran into him last night at a milk meeting, and he had a little product with him. Each year I buy a gallon from him,$60.00 this year. How is that price compare with your local market? Bruce-

I was gonna post the something, but you beat me to it! 48 degrees on Saturday to 22 this morning with a howling wind. Were not out of the woods yet this winter. I just glad the mud froze up. I hate the clay were on over here! Lol, stay warm.

Good I,m glad they got him, glad you posted, I was wondering this morning at the barn if he was found. I dident have time to look it up.

My nephew said the snow is knee deep in the fields of ND and it's cold. He started calving last week.

Feh, this is nothing. One day and tomorrow it's back up into the high 30's last I checked.

Extended forecast shows it climbing up through the 40's to the 50's next week.

Last year this time, I was doing serious field work. Had my oats planted by March 29. Washaving trouble with tractors over heating when plowing. Not going to be the case this year. Ground is still frozen, a large pond in the middle of this years oat field, will not go down until we've had a bunch of warm days.
