Wonder why he didn't just go through the drive through.

I was walking past a fast food restaurant in Idaho Falls when I heard a crunch. An older gent driving a pickup with a slide in camper hit the overhang above the drive up window. It peeled the top skin off the camper and pushed it into a crumpled heap on the back. Back by the speaker where the order is made there's an overhead pipe that's supposed to warn the driver of over height but his camper had bent it up when he drove under it. A young employee was trying to guide him while he backed out but the old guy was getting more confused by the minute and the poor employee wasn't experienced enough to give him the right directions. I kind of felt sorry for both the old man and the inexperienced young man trying to help him. Jim

His electric window won't roll down and its a real pain to open the door to
order and then again to pay, so its easier just to park and go inside?
Oh wait, that's the car in front of me every time I go through a drive thru.
4 kids in a mini-van, loud exhaust, broken tail light, bald tires and no money
to fix any of it, but they're in the drive through.
Glad I don't go there very often. Sorry if that sounded like a rant!

ou can't use food stamps to buy tires!!

I once drove a 4430 from Hot Springs, SD to Burns, WY. I remember swinging into McDonalds to grab a bite to eat and came out to several people taking pictures of that tractor below the sign!

BTDT - you have to get out at the window because they can't reach up there. May as well get out and stretch your legs.

I like to go inside and read their newspaper! Besides so many of the people that use the drive through do it because they are too fat to get out and walk in. I see people get their food and then sit in the parking lot and eat it, can you imagine how filthy the inside of their vehicle is. The other reason I don't like drive through is people throw their trash out in my front yard when they go by! End of rant!

I've never pulled into a fast-food joint, but I've been to the local eatery with the tractor. Sometimes (often) it's closer than home and a cold lunch just isn't going to cut it.
